Measuring techniques (2D and 3D) with

Measuring system using a digital photogrammetric camera (Leica V-Stars)

Digital cameras facilitate a faster, more flexible solution to the various measuring tasks:
The system is applied in the fields of tool machining, device and plant construction (body plants) respectively, as well as robot measurements. Excellent results are obtained with objects of up to around 6 m.
With the aid of a direct CAD control, comparisons made be made between theoretical or real values and free-form surfaces or geometric elements. The system is insensitive to vibrations.
Object to be measured greater than 5 m (6 m x 6 m x 4 m)
Measuring accuracy is approximately 0.03 mm

Applications

  • Arrangement, review and adjustment of devices and tools in situ (for example, welding and tightening mechanisms for the car industry)
  • Drawing of predefined points on building components and work pieces (for example, welding bolts, welding points, adherence channel)
  • Inspection of flaws, displacement of measuring points

2D / 3D industrial measuring and tachometric system

Due to its measuring principle, this instrument is very suitable for long and narrow objects or for separate points.
The extremely high range of 200 metres makes it possible to have an almost unlimited measuring volume.
Accuracy is approximately 0.1 -0.4 mm

Applications

  • Drawing of points on the installations network, etc.
  • Robot calibrations
  • Geometric review of large installations, machine frames, etc.
  • Industrial measurements
  • Plant measurements
  • Review of guide rails
  • Verification of measurements of points of reference in installations
