Installation is possible in new buildings and rebuildings as well. From a central position information about the entire building are anytime available. Illumination, jalousie, air conditioning, heatage, access control, time recording, monitoring, everything can be controlled by fe.screen-fcs. The adjustment of the jalousie and the power of the lighting complies automatically with the solar radiation.

Integrated building automation

A new technology finds its way to everyday's life
The facility management system was successfully integrated in the new business building of WB Compagnie Werner Berzl GmbH, Furth i.W., Bavaria, Germany. Founded in 1997, this company offers with 100 employees, complete solutions including product design, production and sales promotion in the fields of cute toys, precious gifts and sport-articles, as well. Within half of a year between the first planning talks to the operation start of the system, 1250 square meters office space, 2 floors and a hall of about 5.700 square meters were provided with fe.screen-fcs. Founder and director Werner Berzl tells enthusiasticly:"Central building control management is an exciting story,employees and visitors feel the good climate. Presentation at its best
The new building of Irlbacher Blickpunkt Glas GmbH in Schönsee, Bavaria,Germany, has been provided with fe.screen-fcs as well. The decision has been made for the F.EE-solution by Irlbacher by means of his regular customership since 1992. Founded in 1935, now approx. 240 employees are working in this international company group. Irlbacher Blickpunkt Glas GmbH produces special kinds of glass for the lighting-,furnace- and electrical industry.
It tooks one year, until the employees could be settled in. 1240 square meters office space and 4 floors were built brand new. Also here, fe.screen-fcs was implemented right on schedule. Something very special is included: The integrated elevator control. It allows access to certain floors only for authorized persons.
Director Josef Irlbacher about this topic:" glass is dominating in our building. For this reason, we had to fullfill several challenges in the fields of energy and air conditioning. With fe.screen-fcs we found the best solution. This system covers all parts of the building control. Especially we are very proud of our lighting control system, when it is on power at night. Accessory it makes a great visual impact. The reason why purchasing this central building control system has been the high reduction of costs for energy and especially heating oil. The high annual consumption and the constantly raising costs in the production halls have been the reason to count on the new energy of geothermal power and to integrate it into the office building. The energy hand over is effected by a heat- and cool-corner- system. All functions are controlled by the building control system. We are convinced, that this system will be amortized within 3 years at latest."
