Our tasks for you
The procurement of goods and services in line with cost, deadline and quality requirements, in particular for entire projects.
Execution of request for bids processes, preparation of quotations, generation of quotation comparisons.
Negotiation and agreement on quotations and prices.
Checking supplier confirmation of order documents and incoming invoices.
Monitoring delivery schedules and deadlines.
Handling complaints.
Knowledge of shipment and customs matters would be advantageous.
In light of our international orientation, part of the role will also be performed in English.
Your profile
Successfully completed commercial training, if possible complemented by commercial further education (or comparable).
Ideally a number of years of practical experience in (technical) purchasing.
A marked natural interest in technical products and technical connections.
Rapid powers of comprehension and analytical thinking.
A rather extrovert, self-assured personality with strong communication skills and powers of negotiation.
Tenacity in leading skilful negotiations and generally highly reliable.
Confident and targeted use of ERP and standard office software (e.g. MS Office, in particular MS Excel, etc.).
Practised in working with English-speaking dialogue partners.
