At the end of September, the F.EE Group honored 31 employees at its headquarters in Neunburg vorm Wald for successfully completing their vocational training, continuing education, or college degrees, including 17 apprentices, four dual-track students, and ten continuing education graduates. The degrees span a wide range of professional fields—from electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, metalworking, mechanical engineering, and warehouse logistics to computer science, digital business engineering, business administration, and commercial and administrative fields.
In his speech, HR Manager Udo Starck praised the dedication and achievements of the honorees and highlighted the class’s latest outstanding results. At the same time, he thanked the training and mentoring team that has supported the graduates over the past few years. “Thirty-one degrees across so many different professions demonstrate just how broadly F.EE is positioned. Those who train with us or pursue further qualifications fill positions that we would otherwise hardly be able to fill here in the region. We owe this success to your dedication and to everyone who has supported you along the way,” said Starck.
This year, not only the graduates were honored, but also the company itself: The North Upper Palatinate District Craftsmen’s Association has recognized F.EE for the eleventh time as the “Best Training Company in the Field of Electronics—Automation and Systems Technology.” For Starck, this is closely linked to the practical focus of the training: “Our trainees don’t just learn at the workbench or on the computer, but in many areas of the company—exactly where they’ll be needed later on. Those who are trained this way end up knowing not only the technology, but also the processes behind it.”
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the management presented the 31 honorees with certificates and gifts. The event then wrapped up with a group lunch in the company cafeteria.
