The Bavarian skills competition is held by a Bavarian chamber of commerce every year; in 2014 by the chamber of commerce for Lower Franconia. At the celebrations in Schweinfurt the winners received their certificates from Hugo Neugebauer, president of the chamber of commerce for Lower Franconia, and Georg Schlagbauer, president of the Bavarian chamber, and enjoyed a lively graduation party together with countless other guests.

For the training organisation F.EE, this is the second time in succession that a trainee has been awarded first place as the best trainee in the vocation “electronics technician in automation technology” right across Bavaria.

“We are delighted for Markus and we are very proud that the best electronics trainee in Bavaria is one of ours”; training manager Thomas Schmid is delighted with the award. “F.EE makes the platform available for such results, and motivates, supports and assists the young people - the rest is their personal exceptional dedication", Schmid continues.

“Training at F.EE is highly comprehensive and broad-based. The particular quality is attained through the additional company-specific training and the early integration of the trainees in the realisation of customer projects”, explains managing director Hans Fleischmann. “The thoroughly outstanding grades of our trainees are proof that we are correctly orientating our training concept”, sums up Fleischmann.

With his success, Markus Graf has qualified for this year’s nationwide skills competition for young people in the electrical trade, which is set to take place from 13th - 16th November 2014 in Oldenburg. Graf is looking forward to the challenge - which will be no easy task: On two days he will be essentially required to pass a complete proficiency examination a second time.

“We are all very proud of Markus and we look forward to him demonstrating his dedication and his skill at national level. We wish him every success there!” enthuses Hans Fleischmann.

The F.EE company group, which currently employs 800 employees - of which 113 are trainees and dual students - is one of Germany’s market leaders in production and automation technology. As a “Hidden Champion”, the company is committed to the world’s growth markets of the capital goods industry, the energy sector and the engineering and services segments, and offers highly successful customised solutions, as well as products and services that are individually tailored to the requirements of the customers.

In addition to the locations in Bremen, Frankfurt, Cologne and Leipzig, the company headquartered in Neunburg vorm Wald also maintains international branch offices in Spain, England, Mexico, China, Turkey and the USA.
