Data processing on this website
Access data/server logfiles
The provider (or their web space provider) acquires data every time the web content is accessed (so-called server logfiles). The access data includes: The name of the web page accessed, file, date and time of access, quantity of data transferred, message confirming successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. The provider uses the log data for statistical evaluations only, for the purpose of operation, security and the optimisation of the web presence.
However, the provider reserves the right to retrospectively check the log data if definitive reasons exist for a justified suspicion of illegal use.
Handling personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify an individual, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes name, e-mail address or telephone number. However, information on preferences, hobbies, memberships or the websites an individual has viewed is also personal data.
Personal data is only acquired, used or passed on by the provider if this is legally permissible or if the user permits this with the data acquisition.
When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user’s information is saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry, and in case follow-up questions should arise.
When the user accesses the web presence, one or more cookies are stored on their computer. A cookie is a small file that contains a certain character string and uniquely identifies your browser. With the help of cookies, the provider improves the convenience and quality of their service, for example by saving user settings. Cookies do not damage the user’s computer and do not contain viruses.
Use of the web presence is also possible without cookies. Users can deactivate cookies in their browser, limit these to certain websites or set their browser such that they are informed before a cookie is saved. They can also delete cookies from the hard disk of their computer at any time, via the data protection functions of their browser. In this case, the functions and user-friendliness of the web presence may be affected.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are saved on the user’s computer and which facilitate the analysis of the use of the website by the user. The information generated by the cookie regarding the use of this website by the user is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there.
However, in the event of the IP anonymising being activated on this website, the user’s IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within the member states of the European Union or in other countries which are contracting parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymising is active on this website. Google uses this information, on behalf of the operator of this website, in order to evaluate the use of the website by the user, to collate reports on website activities and provide further services associated with website use and use of the internet for the website operator.
The IP address transferred from your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be linked with other data from Google. The user can prevent the saving of the cookies by adjusting the requisite settings in their browser software; however, we do point out that this will prevent the user from being able to fully use all of the functions of this website. Furthermore, the user can prevent the acquisition of the data created by the cookie and related to their use of the website (incl. their IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available through the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
