New fe.screen-analytics features: Standstill monitoring
Production evaluations at a glance
The condition monitoring solution fe.screen-analytics gets new functions for the analysis of production losses. This makes detailed standstill monitoring possible, which make deviations in production more visible. The user can combine individual machines into groups and thus easily create evaluations of non-productive times. This can be applied to a specific time range or to a freely definable production shift. The graphically prepared monitoring of downtimes can then be displayed both on desktop PCs and via a web browser directly on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. This ensures that authorized employees can call up information on the current production status at any time and at any location.
Value mask for limit value definition
Users can define limit values in fe.screen-analytics in order to be informed by e-mail or SMS about machine downtimes or certain process parameters. The user simply defines in a mask what exactly is to be monitored: Here it can be specified which specific group of persons is to be informed in each case. This type of rapid information on deviations in production is very helpful for companies that have unmanned production facilities, for example. Data gained in this way can be used effectively in subsequent processes for analysis and CIP purposes.
