CNC milling technician (m/f/d) – Job ID 2213

The company division for automation robotics realises complex automation solutions - from planning right through to final assembly. In addition to the worldwide automobile and supplying industry, small and medium-sized businesses in a wide range of sectors also count among the customers of this division. A significant percentage of our production components are CNC milled parts produced in house.

Our tasks for you

  • Production of milled single and small series production parts from steel, aluminium and plastic; if necessary also large part machining (with process lengths of up to 16 m).

  • You operate and program modern 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling centres with Heidenhain controls.

  • The programs for all complex assemblies are produced with CAM programming, and can be further optimised or adjusted if necessary on the milling machine.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed industrial/technical training - e.g. as a milling technician, cutting machine operator, precision or tool mechanic.

  • A number of years of practical experience in the operation and programming of multi-axis CNC milling centres - ideally with Heidenhain control.

  • Willing to work in 3-shift operation.

At this point you will assume responsibility for the CNC-supported production of single and series production parts.
