37 starts into a new phase of life

The new trainees and dual students of the F.EE Group.

Curious, still a little shy, but full of great expectations and anticipation of the previously unknown - all this could be seen in the eyes of the new trainees and dual students at the F.EE Group in Neunburg v. W. on Monday morning at the start of the new training year. A total of 37 new team members, accompanied by their parents, gathered at the F.EE headquarters to be welcomed by HR Manager Udo Starck and his team as well as by the respective trainers and to receive an initial overview of the coming apprenticeship period in the various company divisions by means of presentations.

In his opening address, Starck welcomed 27 trainees in seven different professions (electronics technician specialising in automation technology and energy and building technology, precision mechanic specialising in mechanical engineering, technical product designer for machine and plant design, media designer for digital and print media, industrial clerks including foreign language correspondence and IT specialist in systems integration) and 10 dual students in the study courses mechatronics, industrial engineering and IT specialist in application development.

While the parents were given extensive company tours, photo and information appointments were scheduled for the new employees before they met again in the company canteen for lunch together. In the first week, the traditional visit to the BMW plant in Regensburg will take place, during which the trainees will receive informative insights into F.EE technology and thus into the world of industrial automation.

The next application period at F.EE, the 2018 training test winner of Fokus Money and Deutschland Test, is just starting again. A wide range of training occupations and dual study courses is already available at www.fee.de/ausbildung for the start of training in 2019. In October, F.EE will once again be organising the so-called "Aktionstage Ausbildung", where people can obtain specific information about the jobs and career opportunities on site.
