The honoured training and further education graduates of the F.EE Group as well as management, personnel management and trainers.

The fact that F.EE now almost traditionally holds the title of the best training company for the North Upper Palatinate among the electronics engineers for automation technology after the sixth award in a row, was only one of the success stories reported by personnel manager Udo Starck a few days ago at the group's headquarters in Neunburg v. W. at the ceremonial tribute to the training and further education graduates. In addition to a number of successful further training courses, 22 trainees in the various apprenticeship occupations were honoured for their outstanding grades. The new technical product designer Tanja Sturm received a special award for her very good grade in the final examination - just like Fabian Blendl received a special award from the precision mechanics specializing in mechanical engineering. Johannes Roith, with his very good final examination, was the best of his year out of 66 graduates in electronics from the entire North Upper Palatinate. Benjamin Weikmann graduated with an outstanding Master of Science degree in Computer Science.

"Over the years, each and every one of you has gained a comprehensive, deep insight into the respective job world. The great grades and outstanding exam performances now achieved are not only your well-deserved success, but also confirmation for our eight-man team of instructors and for us as a company," said Starck in his short speech. The training programme, which was already established at F.EE in 1988, has seen many innovations and additional courses introduced in the last three years: For example, business etiquette and conflict management seminars, team training in the low ropes course and learn to learn courses.

Successful trainees and university graduates will continue to be taken on directly and hired on a permanent basis in the future. Finally, Starck expressed his wish for a long and constructive cooperation.

The ceremony at the F.EE headquarters ended with congratulations, certificates and presents from the hands of the management.
