45 new members of the team F.EE

The new trainees at F.EE 2017.

Wide eyes and expectant faces at F.EE last Friday: When the new training intake and new dual students were welcomed on 1 September at the head office of the F.EE company group in Neunburg vorm Wald, the 115 guests - 45 new trainees and dual students together with their invited parents - were certainly excited as they awaited the first impressions conveyed by personnel director Udo Starck and the team of trainers throughout the morning. In his opening speech, Starck welcomed a total of 32 trainees in seven different vocations (electronics engineers specialising in automation technology and energy and building services engineering, precision mechanics, specialists in metal technology and warehouse logistics, technical product designers, as well as IT specialists specialising in system integration), and 13 dual students in the two courses for mechatronics and IT specialists specialising in application development.

Whilst the parents received a detailed tour of the company, the new employees were required to attend a photo call and information session before everyone met up again in the company canteen for lunch together. On the following Monday the obligatory visit to the BMW plant in Regensburg took place, during which the new recruits gained an insight into the F.EE technology and with it the exciting world of industrial automation.

The next recruitment phase at F.EE has already started. With the start of training in 2018, a broad spectrum of training vocations and dual courses will once again be on offer.
