On September 1, 25 young people began a new chapter in their lives when they started their training or dual studies at the F.EE Group, one of Germany's leading manufacturers of automation technology.
Twenty-two of them chose to receive training in electronics, electrical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics, technical product design, computer science, and commercial administration. Additionally, three young people began dual studies in mechatronics and industrial engineering.
The new team members, accompanied by their parents, were warmly welcomed at the company headquarters in Neunburg vorm Wald. HR manager Udo Starck gave a multimedia presentation to the 50 or so attendees, introducing them to the company's diverse portfolio, which includes control technology, switch cabinet construction, mechanical engineering, computer science, and industrial software.
In his speech, Starck emphasized the special corporate culture at F.EE:
“We are proud to be a family business with a genuine culture of informality. Everyone is treated as an equal here – from trainees to management. This not only makes our work more personal, but also more successful.”
The HR manager also mentioned the appealing benefits at F.EE. Even in the first year of training, employees can earn up to €1,290 — and this amount will increase to €1,320 in April 2026. Young professionals also benefit from perks such as a monthly voucher card, Christmas bonuses, vacation bonuses, bike leasing, a trainee car, subsidized lunch in the company cafeteria, and a variety of company events.
The new hires experienced a varied program in their first week: In addition to a company tour and lunch with management, they went on a trip to the BMW plant in Dingolfing.
