On 23 May 2025, the Neunburg-based automation specialist F.EE honored 39 employees for their many years of service in a festive setting. The focus of the event at the company headquarters was on 15 employees celebrating 25 years of service and 24 celebrating 10 years of service - together they represent an impressive 615 years of F.EE experience.
The jubilarians and their companions were warmly welcomed by the management before company founder Hans Fleischmann paid tribute to their many years of loyalty to the family business in his speech and emphasized the special significance of the celebration for the company management with the following words: “Of all the events throughout the financial year, today's event is one of the most important for us personally - because being able to honour such a large number of long-standing employees is something very special. We are proud to have you at our side and look forward to continuing our good and successful collaboration.”
HR Manager Udo Starck then led through the official part of the evening. He created an entertaining atmosphere with an entertaining review of the years in which the honorees joined the company as well as personal words and anecdotes about their professional careers. Starck also thanked the jubilarians warmly for their loyalty and continuous commitment, which has played a decisive role in the successful development of the company.
After the ceremonial presentation of certificates and gifts, the evening ended in a convivial atmosphere with a four-course buffet dinner and the sharing of many memories of the past years.
