The "Aktionstage Ausbildung" at the automation specialist F.EE in Neunburg focused once again this year on the wide range of career opportunities in the automation industry. Around 220 students from the 8th and 9th grades of the secondary schools in Neunburg, Oberviechtach and Waldmünchen as well as the secondary schools in Neunburg and Nabburg had the opportunity to find out about various careers. In addition to a presentation of the F.EE group of companies including training and study opportunities by HR Manager Udo Starck, the young people were also awaited by the "Info Truck" of the Association of Bavarian Metal and Electrical Employers, which made a special stop on the company premises on the occasion of the "Aktionstage Ausbildung". In the truck, which was equipped with the latest technology, the students were able to try out various tasks from the fields of electronics and metal processing in practice - for example, CNC milling or the basics of robot programming. "Although we had to forego the popular factory tours due to corona, we are sure that we were able to give the future career starters a first impression of the future-proof career opportunities in our industry during the campaign days, which will help them decide on their career path," concluded Udo Starck. He also referred to the current application phase for the start of training at F.EE in 2022.
