F.EE best training company for the ninth time

The F.EE management and HR team is delighted with the honoured graduates and their trainers for their outstanding training, further education and university degrees.

A special event was held at the F.EE Group at the end of April: 22 employees were honoured for successfully completing their apprenticeship, university degree or further training. Furthermore, the Neunburg-based family business was once again honoured as the "Best training company in the vocational field of electronics technician - automation and systems technology".

For HR Manager Udo Starck, who welcomed the graduates, this honour is "one of the best times of the year". In his speech, he referred to the traditionally many top achievements of the honourees and thanked them warmly for choosing to train or study at F.EE. He also praised and recognised the graduates for their outstanding achievements and degrees in a wide range of specialist areas - from IT and electronics to precision mechanics, mechatronics, electrical and mechanical engineering and technical product design. "We are delighted that many of you have found your place at F.EE and will remain with the company as valuable and valued specialists," continued Starck.

Six young people alone completed their training at the automation specialist with an A before the decimal point. This corresponds to a rate of 40 per cent. It is therefore hardly surprising that F.EE was honoured for the ninth time by the Northern Upper Palatinate District Craftsmen's Association as the "Best training company in the vocational field of electronics technician - automation and systems technology". In this context, HR Manager Starck also expressed his sincere thanks to all the trainers and study supervisors who have accompanied the young people for years with the greatest commitment and passed on their expertise accordingly.

After the presentation of certificates and gifts by the F.EE management, the ceremony was rounded off with a relaxed lunch in the company canteen.
