The F.EE Group honored 27 graduates for their successful completion of training, further education, or university degrees in a festive ceremony. The specialists come from a wide variety of fields—from technical product design to mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, computer science, electrical engineering, and information technology to software development and business administration—reflecting the professional diversity of the company.
The results speak for themselves: two of the trainees completed their training with a grade of 1.0, 15 with a grade of 2.0. One graduate was also honored for her outstanding vocational school diploma. The young talents also excelled in their dual studies: two achieved a grade of 1.0, while the others achieved a grade of 2.0. Special mention was also made of a continuing education graduate who received the Master Craftsman Award from the Bavarian State Government.
In his speech, HR manager Udo Starck praised the commitment and perseverance of the honorees and emphasized the long-term prospects at F.EE: “With these outstanding results, you are now among the best in your professional fields. I am very pleased that you are continuing on your path with F.EE and hope that you will find your professional home here.”
Another highlight: In 2025, F.EE was recognized for the tenth time by the North Upper Palatinate District Craftsmen's Association as the best training company in the field of automation technology electronics—further proof of the consistently high quality of training at the company.
At the end of the ceremony, the management personally presented certificates and gifts. A joint lunch in the company's own canteen provided an opportunity for exchange and rounded off the event in a family atmosphere.
