Representatives of the Tajik government, the EU, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Employment Agency, and the F.EE Group exchanged ideas on international training partnerships in Neunburg.

The Neunburg-based company F.EE recently welcomed a high-ranking delegation from Tajikistan led by the Minister of Labor, Migration, and Employment, Solikha Kholmakhmadzoda. The aim of the on-site visit was to gain an insight into the successful pilot project for recruiting young trainees from Kyrgyzstan – a model that was initiated in the district of Cham and has now been extended to other districts of the Employment Agency. The success of the project has now also attracted interest at the state level: in order to counteract the shortage of skilled workers throughout Bavaria, a similar approach is to be established in cooperation with the Republic of Tajikistan.

The guests obtained first-hand information from F.EE about the implementation of the project and the experiences of the Kyrgyz trainees involved. The Tajik delegation was accompanied by Dr. Stefan Siewert, team leader of the EU program “Quality Education Support Program II (QESP II),” as well as Josef Ebnet, head of the Schwandorf Chamber of Commerce and Industry office, and Siegfried Bäumler, chairman of the management board of the Schwandorf Employment Agency.

The exchange focused on key success factors for the successful integration of international trainees. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of early and targeted language support – at least to level B1 to B2 – but also on the desire of training companies for young people to remain in the company as skilled workers in the long term after successfully completing their training.

A particular highlight for the guests was the direct exchange with the Kyrgyz trainees already undergoing training at F.EE. The young people spoke openly and enthusiastically about their experiences, the collegial atmosphere, and the diverse learning opportunities, thus demonstrating how well training can go – despite the great distance from home.

During a tour of the training workshops and production areas accompanied by Managing Director Franz Weinzierl and F.EE Human Resources Manager Udo Starck, the delegation also gained a comprehensive picture of the technical range, training content, and high quality standards of the Neunburg-based company.

Minister Kholmakhmadzoda was particularly pleased that F.EE places a strong emphasis on promoting young women in technical professions. She praised the company's commitment to offering talented girls equal opportunities for high-quality training and long-term career prospects.

The visit to F.EE impressively demonstrated the potential of international training partnerships – both for young people from abroad and for local companies.
